The short version

Connect only data you are allowed to process, do not try to get around the controls that make the agent safe, and tell us if you find a way through.

This summary is for orientation. The clauses below are the agreement.

The rules that keep Insighter safe for everyone. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Authorized data only

Connect and upload only data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data you analyze.

2. No abuse of the platform

Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, role or workspace boundaries, rate limits, or credit accounting, and do not probe other tenants' data or infrastructure.

3. No harmful use

Do not use Insighter to produce unlawful content, malware, or spam, or to make automated decisions that significantly affect people without human review.

4. Sanctions and export control

Do not use Insighter from, or on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or in violation of export control laws that apply to you.

5. Security research

We welcome responsible disclosure. Report vulnerabilities through the contact page or the address in our security.txt. Do not test against other tenants' data or degrade the service; good-faith research within these bounds will not lead to enforcement.

6. Fair usage

Automated scripting against the application outside documented APIs, and resale of access, require written agreement.

7. Enforcement

Violations can lead to suspension or termination as described in the Terms of Service. Where lawful, we notify you first and preserve your data for export.
