What is a credit?
One unit of Aira's thinking, worth roughly one rupee of metered model usage at current rates. A quick lookup costs a few. A full margin analysis with charts and a written note costs about forty. Dashboards and automations show their cost before they run, and every answer prints what it spent.
How a pilot runs
Read first. Ask next. Act last.
Nothing acts on day one, and every rung of this ladder is reversible: lower the ceiling and it is read-only again the same minute, with everything it built still standing.
Weeks 1 and 2
Read only
It answers questions and drafts the runs it would have done. You watch what it would have changed, and nothing is changed.
Weeks 3 to 6
Ask every time
The same runs, but each action waits in an approval inbox for a named person. You see exactly what it wants to do before it does it.
After that
Act, within limits
The actions you have been approving run on their own, inside spend caps and ceilings you set. Anything above the line still waits for a person.

Your data
Never used to train a model. Never sold. AES-256 at rest under a key derived per organization, so no other tenant's key opens yours, and no standing internal access to any of it.
