PostHog signs you in and finds your region itself
- Connect, and PostHog sends you to sign in. It routes you to the right data region, US or EU, from the account you sign in with, so there is nothing to pick here.
- Reading analytics, HogQL queries, error groups and stack traces is what this is for.
- PostHog can also change feature flags, experiments and destinations. Those are switched off until someone with manage access turns them on, and each one then waits for a person: a flag change is live configuration, not a query.
