Find what you are paying for twice

Connect the billing exports, the identity provider and the contracts sheet. The review runs on the first of the month instead of never, and every finding arrives with the owner's name already on it.

The week this replaces

Renewals arrive as a surprise. Somebody finds out a contract auto-renewed a week after it already did.

Nobody can say how many of the seats you pay for are actually used, because that answer lives inside each vendor's own admin panel.

Two teams bought the same tool on different cards, and neither of them knows.

What are we paying for that nobody uses, and what renews in the next thirty days?

Eleven of 42 tools have seats nobody has signed into in 60 days: 340 seats, about 4.2 lakh a year. Three renew inside 30 days and two of those renew automatically. Design and Marketing are paying for the same design suite separately, on different cards. I left the nine dormant seats on the security tool out of the count, because a break-glass account is supposed to look unused.

Two minutes, 21 credits. The last time anyone did this by hand it took a fortnight and was never repeated.

And then it keeps running

Review last month's tool spend against sign-in activity. List dormant seats by owner, flag anything renewing within 30 days, name any tool two teams are paying for separately, and open a ticket for each owner. Do not cancel anything.

Where this goes

Governed autonomy

Work that runs without you, inside limits that only ever narrow, with a record of what it did, what it refused, and what it would not do without asking. Everything on this page is one step toward that.
