Freshsales needs an API key, in its own format
- In Freshsales open Profile Settings, API Settings, and copy your API key.
- In the Base URL field, replace yourdomain with your Freshworks subdomain.
- In the Access token field enter exactly: Token token=YOUR_API_KEY (the prefix is part of the value).
