Ask your Salesforce data anything

Your own org's hosted MCP servers, once an admin switches them on. Connect it to Insighter and Aira answers questions in plain language, builds charts, watches numbers for you, and runs the follow-up work you approve.

How it connects

Connects through the vendor's official MCP server. The tool list is pinned when you connect, reads run freely, and anything that changes data waits for your approval.

What you get

  • Answers in plain language, every one citing where it came from
  • Alerts when a number worth watching moves
  • Automations that draft the work and wait for your approval
  • Per-person access rules: row filters, hidden columns, plain-language guardrails

Salesforce hosts these in your own org, and they start switched off

  1. In Salesforce Setup, search MCP Servers under API Catalog and switch on the servers your team needs. They are off by default, and it can take up to two minutes for one to become active.
  2. In Setup, open External Client App Manager and create a new External Client App. Enable OAuth, and set the callback URL to the one shown on this form.
  3. Paste your org's MCP server URL into the Server URL field here. It is specific to your org; there is no shared address.
Connect Salesforce freeNo card needed. Reads only, until you say otherwise.
